Senior Production Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Salary : RM4,500 – RM6,500 (monthly fixed salary)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Production Executive to join Japanese manufacturing as a permanent employee. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day production operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintaining efficient material flow across all production processes. This position requires strong leadership, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively between production teams and management to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee all aspects of production and storage activities.

Ensure strict compliance with company policies on safety, housekeeping, and quality standards.

Manage production scheduling, inventory control, and workflow efficiency.

Monitor, evaluate, and enhance the performance of production operators.

Lead, train, and supervise production staff to achieve departmental objectives.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production and inventory.

Ensure on‑time fulfillment of customer orders through effective materials flow management.

Supervise warehouse, receiving, and shipping functions to maintain operational accuracy.

Demonstrate awareness and adherence to Quality Policy, Objectives, Risks, and their Controls.

Perform any other duties as assigned by management in support of operational excellence.

Requirements

Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

Experience : Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in production or manufacturing operations.

Technical Skills :

Working knowledge of ERP systems (advantage).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Other Requirements :

Forklift driving license or experience is an added advantage.
