The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a short-term, immersive experience designed for university students and recent graduates to kickstart their careers in the dynamic Web3 and crypto space. Participants will gain hands-on experience, expand their professional network, and work closely with some of the best minds in the industry.

Role Overview

We’re seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our SEA Marketing team as part of the Binance Accelerator Program. You’ll play a vital role in supporting marketing campaigns, community engagement, and events tailored for the Southeast Asian market.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns for retail users across the SEA region.
• Support campaign planning, budget proposals, and post-campaign analysis (including ROI and performance metrics).
• Help coordinate and manage both online and offline events : product showcases, webinars, meetups, and activations.
• Build and manage user communities on platforms like Telegram, Facebook, and Instagram .
• Launch and maintain local engagement initiatives and test new channels, creatives, and campaigns for growth.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and supporting Binance Angel Program volunteers in alignment with campaign goals.
• Monitor and moderate online forums and chat groups to promote a positive community environment.
• Liaise with cross-functional departments (Marketing, BD, Research, Data) to support grassroots initiatives and feedback loops.
