Senior RTR Specialist

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and effective coordination of audit processes. This role requires a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting : Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Month-End Close : Manage the month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • Responsible for completeness, accuracy and timeliness of operations in the general ledger, fixed asset and intercompany accounts, as well as treasury transactions and bank reconciliations.
  • Support annual statutory audit, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Support the documentation of internal controls over financial reporting (SOX).
  • Process Improvement : Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local statutory requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
