Operations Senior Executive

Responsibilities

• Assist in build‑up and tear‑down of exhibition projects throughout Malaysia
• Assist in event conceptualization, pre‑event development, onsite event, and post‑event reporting and analysis
• Source and communicate with exhibition logistic management, external contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery during operation
• Assist in recruiting temporary event crews / part‑timers
• Assist with issuing invoices and collecting payments in a timely manner
• Attend to any correspondence and emails by customers, clients and contractors
• Keep updated on industry trends and consumer market
• Liaise and work closely with other departments
• Perform any other operations related ad‑hoc tasks
