Senior Quantity Surveyors

You will assist Commercial Manager or Contract Manager for the following duties :

Job Duties

• Prepare details of taking-off, estimates & bills of quantities for project costing.
• Prepare tender / quotation documents for tendering purpose.
• Responsible for pre and post contract management, including progress claims, variations and prepare letters of awards.
• Prepare progress claim, final account, valuation of works.
• Control and monitoring project budget, material cost and procurement.
• Required to maintain resource library and update records for building material for architectural, interior fit-out and MEP catalogues and specifications.
