Junior Corporate / Commercial Lawyer

Contract role with NOVA8, a fast‑growing e‑commerce logistics company based in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including commercial agreements, supplier contracts, partnership agreements, and other legal documents.
• Provide general employment advice regarding employment law, employee relations, and policies.
• Manage legal administrative tasks such as maintaining legal records, preparing legal reports, and supporting compliance activities.
• Advise on corporate matters, including governance, compliance, and regulatory obligations.
• Offer commercial legal guidance to support business operations.
• Keep abreast of relevant laws and regulations to ensure the company remains compliant.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external legal counsel as needed.
