Responsibilities

Assist with account updates, auto‑debit setups, and other service requests.
Address complaints with empathy and ensure timely resolution in compliance with SLAs.
Deliver excellent service during high‑demand periods, resolving concerns quickly.
Requirements
Fresh Graduates (Degree holders)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Rotational shifts (Monday‑Sunday).
