Sales Executive (Prestige)

LBS Bina Group Berhad

Responsibilities

  • Property Sales : Sell company's residential and commercial properties and achieve sales targets.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management : Develop new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Property Presentation and Consultation : Conduct property viewings, answer client questions, and guide them through the purchasing process.
  • Market Research : Stay informed about market trends and competition, identify sales opportunities.
  • Contract Handling : Assist clients with signing sales contracts and ensure smooth transactions.
  • Sales Reporting : Regularly report sales progress and client feedback to management.
  • Customer Service : Provide post‑sale support and address client concerns.

Requirements

  • Education : SPM, Diploma or higher in Real Estate or related fields preferred.
  • Experience : At least 1 year of sales experience, real estate experience is a plus.
  • Communication Skills : Good verbal communication skills, able to build relationships with clients. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Sales Skills : Strong negotiation and closing skills to meet sales targets.
  • Market Knowledge : Basic understanding of the real estate market and relevant regulations.
  • Customer Service : Focus on customer needs and providing excellent service.
  • Computer Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM systems, Canva and CapCut.
  • Self‑Motivated : Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Team Player : Good team collaboration skills and able to work with other departments.
  • Flexibility : Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Mobility : Willing to travel and station at different sales galleries as required by superior.
  • Commitment : Required to attend meetings and training sessions at the headquarters.
