Job descriptionBachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) from a recognised institution Be a Chartered mechanical Engineer / Professional engineers with Praccing Cerficate (PEPC) issues by Board of Engineers, Malaysia Possess extensive experience of working within a consulng environment Have experience of major and complex Data Centre projects with Uptime Institute Tier Certification for Design Documentation (TCDD) & Constructed Facility (TCCD) Have a sound understanding of project management, risk assessment process and other international standards Have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels Minimum 5-7 years of experience in M&E consulng firm, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role (e.g., Principal Engineer, Team Lead, or HOD). Strong design background in HVAC, fire protecon, cold water & sanitary plumbing, and mechanical systems design for buildings. Experience in local Malaysian projects, familiarity with local authority submissions. Proven track record in managing teams, project delivery, and client / stakeholder coordinaon. Competency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP (BIM) and CFD simulaon soware are pluses. Knowledge of : MS Project / Primavera project scheduling.
