JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in FINANCE, Business Analytics or Economics .
Minimum 5 - 8 years working experience in business analytics, management reporting or performance tracking. Preferably with strong Finance background .
Experience in business case preparation, investment evaluation or project ROI analysis will be added advantage.
Strong analytical skills & computer literate.
Ability to translate technical data into clear, concise and business relevant insights.
Ability to interpret trade data, tariff structures and government policy impact.
Willing to explore new tools, research methods, or digital solutions.
Stays composed under pressure, especially during month end reporting.
Manage own workload with minimal supervision.
MAIN DUTIES
Support Group's decision making by managing internal performance reporting (MIS) dashboards and performance tracking tools.
Support monthly reporting to the MD and key stakeholders including financial, operational and project summaries.
Conducting external market research on key industries, commodities and competitors. To turn data and market intelligence into actionable insights for groups strategy and executive reporting.
To conduct in depth market studies on chemicals, raw materials and key sectors of interest to the business.
Analyse competitor movements, pricing trends, customer landscapes and global supply chain shifts.
Assist in building business cases for new investments, new product development and potential business ventures.
Prepare clear and compelling reports, dashboards and presentation decks for management meeting and board level discussions.
Consolidate data from internal systems and departments to monitor KPIs and project progress.
