QC Team Lead / QC Manager

Operational Responsibilities

• Supervise QC inspections, testing, and laboratory analyses to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee non-conformance reports (NCRs) and monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Maintain records of QA / QC activities and prepare monthly quality reports.
• Ensure proper upkeep of laboratory facilities, equipment, and stock of chemicals / materials.
• Ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements, including COA submissions via OEM system.
• Enforce safety, PPE usage, and 5S workplace standards.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by management.

Education & Experience Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry (preferred), or in a related Science / Technical field.
• Minimum 3 years’ proven experience as QA / QC Manager with team leadership.
• Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 QMS.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory systems and analytical techniques in a QC / Commercial setting.
• Experience in production or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in listening, reading, and writing in Chinese.
