Crewing Manager

Our Malaysian client is looking for an experienced Crewing Manager to join them on a permanent basis at their HQ in Kuala Lumpur.

The successful candidate will provide expert advice to the crewing team, vessel managers, project managers / team, and relevant parties on crewing matters concerning policies, procedures, processes, systems, compensation structures, benefits, benchmarking and rewards, and industrial relations.

To be considered, candidates must have the following :

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Diploma in Marine related fields
• Experience in managing a crewing department with over 5 subordinates
• Flexibility and ability to travel overseas
• Working experience in a multinational company with multinational and multicultural workforce
• Good understanding of marine requirements.
