Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following :

• Responsible to meet and deliver all commercial aspects of the account and with the support of a multifunctional Customer Focus Team (CFT) coordinate the delivery of products and services, aligned to the expectation of the client.
• Focus is on benefit realization, adherence to contract agreements and manage scope creep to maintain expected / quoted financial performance while minimize risks and maximize opportunities.
• Be the focal point of communication with customers for the in charge project
• Co-ordinate engineering, purchasing, planning and production activities to meet customer’s request.
• Monitor all phases of projects through various reports and communicate to customers.
• Monitor and ensure EC teams timely implementation of ECO and communicate cost impact to customers to recover E&O
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
