About the Role
Are you passionate about governance, project management, and making a real impact across an organization? We're looking for a PMO Business Analyst to be the driving force behind our Governance agenda. This is your opportunity to play a key role in shaping and executing governance frameworks, PMO standards, and risk management practices for MUVS.
You’ll work directly with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure that our projects and risk management processes are on track, compliant, and aligned with strategic goals.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Champion the Governance agenda for MUVS, including leading the PMO and Risk domains .
- Develop, implement, and maintain a company-wide project management methodology and framework.
- Track project progress, ensure documentation compliance, and conduct regular PMO reporting.
- Coordinate and host PMO meetings to keep leadership updated on project statuses.
- Oversee the timesheet system , ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of staff time spent on operations.
- Manage the company-wide To-Do list , tracking governance activities, milestones, and KPI progress.
- Support performance appraisals , maintaining the KPI register and ensuring stakeholders are aligned on targets.
- Identify business and IT risks (including cybersecurity), maintain risk registers, and ensure proper controls are in place.
- Own and maintain the company’s IT security policy and SOPs , ensuring regular reviews and updates.
- Support internal and external IT audits , coordinating timely and thorough responses across departments.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering guidance and training on governance and risk matters.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to standardize and streamline governance processes.
- Assist the Senior IT Manager with strategic and ad-hoc tasks that drive the department forward.
What We’re Looking For
A Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, or a related field.At least 3-4 years of experience in PMO-related activities; risk management experience is a plus.Strong knowledge of PMO processes , project methodologies, and governance frameworks.Familiarity with IT and business risk management practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to work independently and influence across levels.Industry knowledge in travel, manufacturing, or automotive is a strong advantage.At MUVS, we don’t just manage projects — we drive change.
