Responsibilities
- Reporting – follow up operational activities, assist and summarize monthly closing / forecast for all resorts, analyse and challenge results, maximise standardisation for closing documents and reporting.
- Analysis & anticipation – prepare forecast, propose corrective actions, identify cost optimisation opportunities.
- Take note & acquire global knowledge of major contracts for each resort and alert on financial related points; work closely with countries RAF & regional team on key topics like rents, CAPEX, tax, etc.
- Planning / Budgeting – ensure communication and implementation of planning / reporting deadlines to meet all financial obligations; implement and execute budget process with deadlines set by Group and BU; review and monitor budgeting process with corresponding managers.
- Internal control – follow up on application & evolution of procedures to ensure consistency; carry out regular audit missions, detect anomalies, submit recommendations for improvements.
- Specific projects, Business Case, Pre‑opening budget – assist or lead projects to improve business model or operations, build Business Case for new openings or ad‑hoc projects, follow‑up pre‑opening budgets with resort staff.
- IT systems – look into evolution of IT financial systems (Hyperion Planning / NAFI) and develop financial reporting tools to improve efficiency.
- People – animate Finance resort population : integrate, train, develop; act as business partner with resort teams and regional teams (HR, purchasing, maintenance, accounting, tax).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in business control, financial reporting or similar role, ideally within hospitality; experience across multiple Southeast Asian markets a plus.Experience collaborating closely with finance and operational teams.Advanced Excel / PowerPoint skills for financial modelling, reporting, and data analysis.Familiarity with systems such as Oracle Hyperion, Coupa, PowerBI a plus.Strong understanding of internal control processes and experience improving / optimising them.Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial reporting projects simultaneously.Strong analytical mindset with proactive approach to solving business challenges.Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to senior management and cross‑functional teams.Fluency in English, both written and verbal, essential for communication across regions and teams.Seniority level
