What you’ll do

• Provide professional, timely, and accurate responses to customer inquiries through live chat and other real‑time communication platforms on a 24 / 7 rotating shift schedule.
• Resolve customer disputes effectively, demonstrating a deep understanding of P2P (peer‑to‑peer) trading processes.
• Maintain a strong awareness of risk, particularly in handling sensitive customer information and adhering to data security protocols.
• Collaborate with the team to address customer feedback and refine workflows to improve the user experience.
• Stay informed about our products and services to offer accurate and helpful guidance to customers.
• Ensure all customer concerns are handled efficiently, and strive for quick and satisfactory issue resolution.
• Stay up‑to‑date on cryptocurrency and blockchain trends, and leverage this knowledge to assist customers effectively.
• Share insights and best practices with team members to strengthen overall service quality.
• Assist in identifying and documenting common customer issues to provide actionable feedback for improving our products and services.
