Role Description : This is a full‑time Corporate Lawyer role located on‑site in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for due diligence, contracts and agreements reviewing and drafting, providing legal advice on corporate and capital market matters, managing compliance with local laws and regulations, and representing the firm or its clients in legal proceedings. The individual will also ensure all corporate policies and documentation align with applicable legal frameworks and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to address legal and regulatory issues.

Qualifications :

• Expertise in Corporate Law, Contract Drafting, and Commercial Agreements
• Strong understanding of Regulatory Compliance, Company Law, and Governance
• Effective Legal Research, Analytical Thinking, and Problem‑Solving skills
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) and qualification to practice law
• Proficiency in legal drafting and attention to detail
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions or business restructuring is a plus
