our Mission as a Graphic Designer

As part of Team Sofwah , your work will help connect our brand with people, customers, team members, and partners through design that communicates emotion, clarity and identity.

You will be responsible for designing and producing creative materials that reflect Sofwah’s 3P Concept (Promosi, Progress, Process) across all platforms.

Design visual assets for marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, product launches and digital advertisements.

Create eye-catching designs for social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) , posters, banners, and menus.

Work with the Marketing team to produce content that attracts and retains customers.

Create internal visuals to highlight branch achievements, growth milestones, and staff events.

Design digital and printed materials for training, onboarding, and team updates.

Support inter-branch communication through creative design that builds unity and motivation.

Design visual SOPs, infographics and signage to improve clarity and efficiency in daily operations.

Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure visuals align with workflow and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and create designs for online & offline use.

Maintain a strong and consistent brand image across all materials.

Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Support cross-department initiatives that require visual design (HR, Marketing, Training).

Stay updated with current design trends and apply them creatively to Sofwah’s brand identity.

Take ownership of your projects from idea to execution.

Requirements

Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator , or other design tools.

Strong portfolio that showcases creativity and attention to detail.

Understanding of branding, layout, typography, and color harmony.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision, yet enjoy team collaboration.

Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

Have own transport and willing to travel to branches if needed.

Prior experience in F&B, hospitality, or content creation is an added advantage.
