Finance Executive (Account Payable)

Location : Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan

Work Schedule : Monday–Friday

Reporting To : Finance Director

Work Mode : Flexible working hours (minimum 4 hours onsite daily)

We’re representing a European aerospace and manufacturing organization that designs and produces advanced landing, braking, and aircraft system components for global aviation partners.

The Malaysia site, with 200–300 employees , supports regional operations in finance, engineering, and production through structured processes, precision, and continuous improvement. The company operates using the SAP system and promotes a flexible work culture that emphasizes ownership, trust, and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable processes including invoice verification, payment preparation, and supplier reconciliation.
• Key in data into the SAP FI module for AR, AP, and journal entries.
• Liaise with suppliers on payment status and resolve any discrepancies.
• Prepare bank and balance sheet reconciliations , and manage treasury-related reporting.
• Prepare and monitor Letter of Credit , Banker’s Guarantee , and Bank Draft applications.
• Prepare cash flow reports and assist with monthly closing , audits, and taxation matters.
• Collaborate closely with Group Treasury and banks to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records and comply with company policies on safety, ethics, and environmental responsibility.
