Maintain and grow strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor Provide strategic input and creative recommendations to drive better results Analyze campaign data and create performance reports with actionable insights Work closely with the management to identify workflow gaps and suggest improvements. Bring fresh ideas to the table – new campaign formats, influencer strategies, platforms, and revenue opportunities Proactively identify ways to add value to clients and grow existing accounts Keep a pulse on market and platform trends to keep the agency ahead of the curve
About the Role :
We are looking for a proactive and dependable Senior Key Account Executive to support and guide our Key Account team while ensuring smooth operational execution across campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership potential and a solid understanding of influencer marketing or campaign management.
Key Responsibilities :
Team Guidance & Coordination
- Provide day-to-day guidance and support to junior Key Account team members.
- Act as a go-to person for resolving blockers, ensuring quality, and maintaining timeline alignment across campaigns.
- Help onboard and mentor new team members, sharing best practices and SOPs.
