Executive, Trade Processing ( 1 year Contract)

This role is Responsible to provide support for the trade transactions.

Job holder is expected to possess adequate understanding of trade finance products, strong organizational skills, and the ability to contribute operational excellence.

Job Description :

Ensure accurate and timely processing of trade financing transactions complies with internal policies and requirements set by the regulatory and supervisory authorities (locally and globally).

Collaborate with internal teams as well as key stakeholders such as business, risk management team, and compliance to ensure smooth transaction processing and mitigate potential risks.

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to trade financing transactions.

Identify and support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Monitor transaction status and elevate any exceptions or discrepancies to senior officer.

Provide support to colleagues across the Trade Operations unit as needed.

Support the Trade Operations team in administrative tasks.

Undertake other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or senior officers.

Desired Qualification and Skill

• Bachelor’s degree in economics / business / finance or a related discipline from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in trade financing, or a related area.
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize workload, and work on own initiative.
• Possess communication and people skills to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels within the bank.
• High ethical standards and integrity, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
