Job descriptionPromote and sell bancassurance products while identifying potential customer segment Conduct prospecting and cold calling to engage new customers Participate in sales and marketing events to generate new business opportunities Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers to support cross-selling and upselling activities Provide professional financial advice and follow-up services on policy-related matters Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy servicing and customer satisfaction Minimum SPM qualification (at least 5 passes including Bahasa Malaysia) At least 2 years experience in sales is preferred Good communication and interpersonal skills
