• Sales & Client Acquisition : Identify leads, sell digital marketing courses, build strong client relationships, develop proposals, and negotiate deals to meet sales targets.
• Customer Support & Relationship Management : Communicate with clients, track campaign performance, provide ROI insights, and resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaboration & Teamwork : Work with creative, operation, and marketing teams to achieve marketing goals.
• Administrative & Reporting : Maintain sales reports, CRM records, and provide sales performance updates to management.

Job Requirements

Diploma or higher; fresh graduates encouraged to apply

Proficiency in social media marketing platforms and tools

Sales & closing skills

Bonus Skills :

Graphic Design (Canva, Photoshop, AI tools)

Basic Video Editing (JianYing / Capcut, AI tools)

Digital marketing knowledge

Preferred Experience :

Background in sales

Content creation, short video marketing, and online promotional tools familiarity

Good communication skills with customers

Location : Kota Damansara (MRT and Bus Station accessible)

Working hours : 5 days / week, 9am - 5pm, rotational shifts
