What you\'ll be doing

• Optimizing and maintaining extrusion and molding machines to ensure consistent product quality and high productivity
• Troubleshooting issues with equipment and implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime
• Collaborating with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
• Conducting failure analysis and root cause investigations to prevent recurring defects
• Providing technical support and training to machine operators
• Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
