What You’ll Do

Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date financial records for all transactions

Handle FULL-SET accounting, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports

Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections

Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly

Maintain the fixed asset register, account for depreciation, and conduct yearly physical asset checks

Budgeting

Assist in preparing the annual budget and financial forecasts

Compliance & Audit

Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations

Assist in audit preparation and coordination

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Minimum 1 years of experience in accounting or finance (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

Familiarity with QuickBooks is an advantage

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Independent, meticulous, analytical, resourceful, and proactive

Passion for working in the non-profit / NGO sector
