Order to Cash Capability Manager, AMEA at Mondelēz International
You will be part of the AMEA Order to Cash function, driving process and capability excellence for Order to Cash, which includes Order Capture, Order Fulfilment, and Invoicing Processes & Systems.
How You Will Contribute
- Be the subject matter expert who will work closely with the markets OTC on process enhancements.
- Act as the single point of contact to the OTC teams, understanding their process pain points, and proposing solutions to simplify, automate and standardize the process.
- Support and drive the AMEA OTC functional agenda in collaboration with the global and enterprise towers.
- Implement necessary input, in-process and output metrics, scorecards and KPIs to ensure success tracking. Drive improvement plans for key KPIs (No Touch, CFR and OTIF). Excel customer service metrics and targets, service levels, efficiency, sustainability, business and sales.
- Work with cross-functional teams to bring better efficiency and process enhancements.
- Measure performance across Order to Cash and collaborate with the countries to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to increase performance and reduce the number of touches to orders and invoices.
- Ensure the correct process, systems and capability within Order to Cash as well as the customer collaboration framework to best serve our customers.
- Lead Sustainability Plan for OTC processes, including ongoing training, assessment, internal audit and reviews.
- Provide coaching, counsel and training to reinforce good business practices and processes across the end-to-end supply chain.
- Partner with Accenture on delivering best in class Order to Cash management.
- Support S4 Hana requirements and discussions as voice of AMEA markets.
Career Experience Required
Bachelor’s degreeStrong knowledge of foundational supply chain related processes across the end-to-end supply chain (at least 8 years)Experience working with remote and multi-country teamsExperience in Continuous Improvement and managing projectsWorking knowledge and experience in end-to-end Order to Cash business processesKnowledge of SAP OTC and interfaces to Trade Management, Sales Management and APOKnowledge of emerging technologies and solutions in response to downstream dataAble to influence, negotiate and apply commercial acumenFluent in EnglishMin 8-10 years' experience in general / basic background in functional areaMin 5-8 years' experience in Order to CashExperience in Change and Execution ManagementNo Relocation support available
