The Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) supports the management and maintenance of the organisation’s quality system to ensure compliance with CAAM Part 145 and CAAS SAR-145 requirements. The QAM plays a key operational role in executing internal audits, managing quality records, coordinating regulatory compliance activities, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across aircraft and component maintenance functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Quality System & Audit Execution

• Assist in implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System in accordance with CAAM Part 145 and CAAS SAR-145.
• Carry out internal audits and surveillance checks on maintenance activities, including aircraft and component work.
• Compile and issue audit reports, track non-conformances, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Raise any serious non-compliances to the attention of the Director of Quality.
