About the Role

• Lead and develop decarbonization strategies, net‑zero planning, transition risk assessment, and financial analysis for large corporate clients.
• Serve as an Equity Partner or Consulting Director, acting as the Decarbonization Technology Lead in Singapore, Bangkok, or Kuala Lumpur.
• Partner with Account Directors to create commercial strategies and secure new revenue opportunities aligned with ERM’s global strategy.
• Drive end‑to‑end project delivery, nurture talent, and lead cross‑disciplinary teams.
• Engage with executive and grassroots stakeholders, including board‑level presentations.
