About the Team

We are looking for a new colleague in the Service Team of Division Aftermarket at our location in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

What you can look forward to as a Service Readiness and Network Development Manager, ASEAN :

• Implement Service Readiness Order process
• Assess and analyze the service capabilities of different countries in the territory, identify the gaps, and develop the plan to close the gap
• Execute and follow up OEMs field warranty and service cases and service concept
• Development of Dealers (Service partner), including setting capability goals, implement development plans, planning dealer network coverage footprint, etc.
• Competence development planning and execution for both external partners and internal stakeholders
• Plan and execute industrial product & technical training program, monitor feedback and continuously optimization
• ZF system / portal content maintenance for service partner and pro-academy
