Mandatory Requirements : Must be able to read and write in Bahasa Melayu and English .

Key Responsibilities :

• Data Interpretation : Analyze datasets, translating raw data into actionable insights that can support business improvement strategies.
• Perform audio recordings by calling the designated Exotel number.
• Accurately label and annotate audio data for AI training and solutions.
• Conduct QA checks on recorded calls to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with project guidelines.
• Data Manipulation : Handle data batches, apply labeling techniques, and manipulate data according to project requirements, ensuring high accuracy.
• Language Translations : Provide translations and contextual understanding where necessary to ensure data is aligned with language and cultural nuances.

Desired Qualifications :

This is a freelancer role, designed for those who are looking for supplemental income. The project does not have a specific end date, and work availability is sporadic and varies. Tasks will be uploaded as they become available, and you’ll be notified via WhatsApp, email, or Slack (once onboarded through client’s portal).
