Job Overview – SSD Module Department

Position : Production Operator

Department : SSD Module

Summary : The Production Operator is responsible for operating semiconductor assembly equipment, ensuring quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement in wire bond and die bond processes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operate and monitor assembly machines
  • Perform setup, calibration, and minor troubleshooting
  • Handle wafers and dies using precision tools under a microscope
  • Record production data and report abnormalities
  • Follow SOPs and safety protocols
  • Maintain cleanroom standards including ESD and gowning
  • Support yield and efficiency improvements
  • Provide machine coverage during breaks and shift handovers
  • Participate in training and certification programs

Requirements :

Education & Experience :

  • 1–2 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience
  • Fresh graduates with relevant technical training are encouraged to apply

    • Skills :

  • Familiarity with semiconductor assembly equipment
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Ability to read technical instructions and drawings
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Willingness to work in cleanroom and rotating shifts
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
