Job descriptionConduct outbound calls and respond to inbound WhatsApp / phone enquiries to promote and sell travel packages Handle English & Mandarin-speaking clients (Mandarin proficiency required) and provide clear, confident responses to enquiries Convert leads into confirmed bookings by offering compelling travel solutions tailored to each customer's needs Deliver expert, personalized travel recommendations aligned with client preferences and budgets Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals Track and achieve daily / weekly call targets and sales KPIs Stay updated on travel destinations, packages, and promotions to present accurate and timely information Address customer concerns quickly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and positive reviews Passion for travel and proven sales ability Comfortable with call-based selling, sales targets, and performance-driven KPIs Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) Friendly, persuasive, and confident on the phone Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle customer objections effectively Strong verbal and written communication skills Good interpersonal skills, able to inspire trust and build rapport Proactive, solution-driven approach with strong initiative Self-motivated, well-organized, and target-oriented Analytical ability to understand customer needs and recommend solutions Positive team player who leads by example Be Self-Driven - Take initiative, set your own goals, and move projects forward without waiting for instructions High Performance & Play at the Top - Always aim for industry-leading quality.
