Overview

Senior Territory Sales Engineer (Penang) based in Penang. The role implements the global strategy in the territory while driving sales performance and building strong customer and distributor relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Implement Business Unit (BU) Global Strategy within the assigned territory
• Create and manage sales opportunities in the defined geographical area
• Acquire new customers and drive market penetration
• Update, train, and educate customers and distributors regularly
• Identify new opportunities and build CRM pipeline (ACE Project)
• Drive and monitor distributor sales performance
• Develop sales demand forecasts based on distributor and customer needs
• Follow up on marketing-generated leads and provide feedback
• Coordinate and escalate issues or opportunities to relevant internal teams
