About the Company
Established in 2012, Global Coffee Resources (GCR) is an innovative beverage supplier for both premium & specialty coffee in Malaysia. GCR is one of the leading players in the provision of coffee systems in the food and beverage industry. We have a range of high capacity commercial coffee equipment and grinders to suit a range of applications from the specialty café through the corporate office environment to quick service restaurants and caterers. Our team continuously grows from Shah Alam to 15 resellers across East & West Malaysia. GCR is currently expanding and we are looking for a dedicated team player to join us!
What You’ll Do
- Be the first friendly face our customers see—warm welcomes, good vibes, and great conversations.
- Keep our showroom equipment and inventory in tip‑top shape (espresso machines, grinders, brewers, water systems—you name it).
- Update and track machine movements in our central logbook / Google Sheet like a pro.
- Support the Sales Team with monthly equipment inspections and record‑keeping.
- Stay on top of maintenance schedules (machines, air‑conditioners, filters, lighting, etc.) so nothing slips through the cracks.
- Make sure the showroom is always sparkling and ready for guests.
- Share product knowledge confidently with walk‑ins and scheduled customers—help them discover the right solution for their needs.
- Prepare weekly reports on inventory, machine issues, low‑stock alerts, and suggestions for improvements.
- Jump in for any ad‑hoc tasks we love team players who can adapt and contribute.
What We’re Looking For
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (sales admin, showroom experience specialist, or customer service).Someone who thrives on organization, multitasking, and deadlines.A people person with excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Friendly, approachable, and confident—you’ll be the face of our showroom.Has own transport and is willing to work at our HQ in Shah Alam, Glenmarie.Why Join Us?
