Job Overview
Organize, direct, and allocate the ME team member to support manufacturing for new project development and process improvement, provide technical resources to team members with the objective to ensure production runs successfully and meet cost-saving targets within engineering policies, procedures and systems.
Job Responsibilities
- Implement department budget and plan, collect performance data of team and establish improvement plan, distribute tasks to team members to achieve targeted team performance.
- Establish working procedures & provide feedback and advice to ensure team workflow efficiency.
- Allocate work across team members & mentor, develop & motivate team members to achieve performance and talent goals.
- Provide technical support to engineers to ensure key projects run well, support production and new business development.
- Implement new product pilot run program including documentation, tooling / equipment application to support production and new business development.
- Execute IDP program for engineer development to build effective team performance.
- Balance resource to support new project development to effectively support production and new business development.
- Cooperate with mechanical engineer to develop tooling / fixture and automation solution to support production and new business development.
What Your Background Should Look Like
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Automation or Electrical Engineering, familiar with electrical control theory and design.Minimum 5 years cable assembly working experience with management experience.Experience specifying, programming, & troubleshooting Servo Controls and electrical troubleshooting.Proven strong analytical and problem solving skills, good interpersonal skills.Proficiency in English, both oral and written.Competencies
