Job descriptionDevelop and execute creative and original design concepts for gift products, including but not limited to greeting cards, stationery, gift boxes, packaging, and personalized items. Create and design captivating graphics, illustrations, layouts and other visual elements for digital and print mediums. Produce high-quality design deliverables, including but not limited to website, marketing materials, social media assets, and presentations. Maintain a strong understanding of current design trends, techniques, and best practices, and incorporate them into your work. Conduct research on current market trends, competitor analysis, and emerging design concepts to stay ahead and provide fresh and appealing designs. Utilize design software and tools to bring your concepts to life, considering factors such as color schemes, typography, and composition. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines. Manage printing process for project and in-house materials Maintain organized design files and documentation, including sketches, digital assets, and design specifications, for reference and future use. Stay informed about industry trends, innovations, and new materials, exploring ways to incorporate them into product designs. Continuously seek feedback and actively participate in design reviews and brainstorming sessions to improve designs and foster a collaborative and creative environment. Assist in various department, providing support and creative solutions to achieve business goal
