We are seeking a dedicated PROJECT ADMIN to support our team in handling project documentation and coordination to ensure smooth project execution.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Upkeep and maintain all documents for the project department.
- Record daily project activities.
- Assist project manager in preparing documents related to site.
- Update project progress reports and filing systems (both hardcopy and digital).
- Ensure document control and proper version tracking for all submissions and approvals.
- Assist in checking site workers' claims.
- Renew CIDB card for workers.
- Develop and maintain project plans, and track progress to ensure deadlines are met.
- Alert the project manager to issues as they arise, and assess project risk.
- Report on team and project performance, and produce project summary reports.
- Coordinate between internal departments (e.g., site, purchasing, accounts, management).
- Arrange and record project meetings (prepare minutes, follow up on action items).
- Assist Project Manager in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Carry out duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.
Report to : Project manager or project director.
Coordinate with : Account and marketing department.
