Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager, Coating & Resins to join our client’s growing team. The role is responsible for identifying and driving sales opportunities for the company’s coating and resin products while ensuring strong customer relationships and market expansion. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing strong relationships with customers.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and income targets.
• Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen partnerships and understand market trends.
• Provide timely sales forecasts, reports, and updates on market conditions.
• Work closely with internal teams to prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth project handovers.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring high service standards.
• Monitor and follow up on collections to ensure adherence to credit terms.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality, safety, and environmental policies.
