Senior Finance & Admin Executive (Accountant)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Finance & Admin Executive to support the Finance Manager in the company’s general financial management, analysis & implementation of the continuous improvement program.

This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate financial reporting, and efficient coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support functional departments in driving the Company’s operational KPIs and achieving overall business performance targets.
• Develop, lead, and supervise the Finance, HR, Admin, and other functional departments to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant daily operations
• Conduct comprehensive costing and cost variance analysis, develop business models, and provide strategic recommendations for operational efficiency.
• Oversee general office administration and provide HR support and guidance on HR-related matters.
• Develop financial models, prepare projections, and implement cost control procedures, performing regular financial and operational analysis to drive continuous improvement.
• Add value to the organization by challenging the effectiveness of existing processes, recommending improvements, enhancement of systems (including ERP system improvements).
• Handle payroll processing when required, including the calculation of salaries, overtime, allowances, and statutory deductions
• Support and execute ad-hoc assignments or duties as directed by the Management from time to time.
