Senior Executive, Sales Administration

About the role

This is an excellent contract opportunity for a Senior Executive, Sales Administration to join the dynamic team at Suntrack Development Sdn Bhd. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and post-sales support to the Sales team and to our customers. This is a critical role that will contribute to the overall success of the company's sales initiatives.

What you'll be doing

• Preparation and execution of SPA and DMC
• Proper maintenance of sales and sales admin records
• Progress billings, collections and reconciliation of accounts
• Defaulter reminders, legal fees and credit card merchant fees
• MOT and title transfers reports
• Customer satisfaction survey by ISO stages and collation of results
• Submission of Borang F and closing of APDL
