Company Background :

We are representing a multi national workspace company in Singapore. Currently as they are expanding, they are looking for Customer Service Executive.

Job Responsibilities :

Deliver exceptional customer service : Welcome and assist the members, visitors, and guests.
Manage customer inquiries : Address customer service inquiries and requests through various channels (in-person, email, phone).
Support member onboarding and offboarding : Facilitate smooth move-in and move-out processes for the members.
Contribute to daily operations : Maintain the overall functionality and positive atmosphere of the space.
Handle administrative tasks : Perform administrative duties according to company procedures.
Participate in center events : Support member events and company initiatives.

Job Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any field.

Candidate with at least 1 year of working experience in Customer Service role.

Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

Good communication skill in English & Mandarin (Due to business nature).

Type of Visa : Employment Pass / Work Permit (Depending on the requirements)

Basic salary up to SGD 2,500 + Fixed Allowances

Candidate can choose to stay in JB / SG.

No of Vacancies - 5 Headcounts
