Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales force, build strong customer relationships, and grow YHPL’s presence across Modern Trade, General Trade, and HoReCa channels. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can translate market insights into actionable plans, coach a developing sales team, and drive sustainable revenue growth. You will play a key role in shaping our commercial direction and ensuring seamless execution from strategy to field operations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Market Execution
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and company sales targets.
- Plan and activate sales initiatives that drive distribution, visibility, and volume growth.
- Revive inactive accounts, identify market gaps, and penetrate new territories.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and outlet-level performance to guide decisions.
Key Account & Channel Management
Manage and grow business across Modern Trade, General Trade, HoReCa, and other channels.Lead annual business reviews, promotional planning, and trade term negotiations.Oversee trade funds and ensure spending remains within budget.Maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and trade partners.Sales Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and evaluate Sales Executives and Merchandisers.Conduct joint field visits to monitor performance and support trade execution.Implement clear KPIs, structured follow-ups, and accountability frameworks.Build a collaborative, performance-driven team culture.Operational & Financial Excellence
