Job descriptionTraffic of the area Negotiate tenancy terms with owners / landlord. Good communications and connections with the tenants / landlords. Liaise with project team for the renovation and signage installation. Work closely with Operation, Construction, Legal to ensure sites secured are fit to Company requirement. Attend outlets opening. SPM / STPM / Diploma / Degree. Preferably candidate with real estate experience, however we will consider those without experience. Good communication skills in English, Bahasa and Mandarin. Possess own transport. Able to write simple reports in English. Must be willing to travel extensively within Peninsular Malaysia. Good communication skills Negotiation skills Can interact with all levels of people. Loyalty and can follow company or superior instruction. Independent and hardworking.
JOB SUMMARY
Driving the growth of the company by generating new business opportunities as well as motivation employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, locate or propose potential sites for a new outlet.
- Conduct market mapping and survey on the potential sites.
- Research the Tenant Mix.
- Prepare and facilitate documentation pertaining to securing sites.
- Coordinate potential site visits with project team.
