Assist the Project Director in managing the project while ensuring it is on schedule, complies with regulatory requirements and is within quality standards and budget.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead project planning and designing with consultants
- Study the project viability, coordinate project feasibility and participate in tendering and awarding of projects
- Coordinate and work with consultants and contractors to ensure the project meets requirements, deadlines, and schedules
- Coordinate and liaise with authorities for all regulatory submissions and approvals
- Conduct project meetings and site walks to update, identify and resolve issues
- Prepare and report the project progression
- Prepare management report
- Manage project handover and conduct post-project evaluations
- Participate in the process of forming JMB and MC for completed projects
Requirements
Must have a minimum of 5 - 6 years of experience in the property development industryPossess at least a Degree in Building / Civil EngineeringExperience working at site or in the consultancy firm is an added advantage#J-18808-Ljbffr
