CREDIT ASSISTANT

Do calling to follow up with customers that pending payment.

Contact customers through WhatsApp to get transaction record.

Respond to customer’s inquiry through WhatsApp chat & calls.

Answer inbound calls to reply customer’s inquiry such as request statement, check balance and so on.

Record pending payment in system and contact dealers to confirm payment status.

Print out bank statement and issue receipt for payment made via bank.

Prepare insurance and road tax submission.

Handle walk-in customer to collect payment / instalment.

Check daily collection report and prepare listing of customer have made full settlement payment for director to delist CTOS.

Prepare draft payment record & statement requested by customer.

Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma or equivalent.

Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia & English.
