Printed Circuit Board Design Engineer

We are looking for an experienced PCB Design Engineer with strong expertise in High-Speed and HDI PCB layout design using Cadence Allegro. The candidate should be capable of working independently, managing complete layout cycles, and collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and execute High-Speed and HDI PCB layout designs using Cadence Allegro.
• Define and manage constraint settings to ensure signal integrity and design compliance.
• Handle end‑to‑end PCB layout process from schematic handoff to Gerber / ODB++ release.
• Work on high‑speed interfaces such as DDR4 / DDR5, PCIe Gen4 / 5 / 6, USB 3.x / 4, Ethernet, and RF signals.
• Perform DFM / DFA checks and coordinate with fabrication and assembly vendors for design optimization.
• Prepare and maintain design documentation and revision control records.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including hardware, SI / PI, mechanical, and manufacturing teams.
• Support library creation and schematic drafting (preferably using Concept HDL or OrCAD).
• Drive design quality, consistency, and process adherence across projects.
• Communicate project status, challenges, and risks effectively to stakeholders.
