As a Manufacturing Technician V (Senior Technician), you will be responsible for…

Responsibilities :

• Performing evaluations and / or analysing unique problems that are new to equipment.
• Performing predictive maintenance by analysing routine failures and determining adjustments and repairs that need to be made.
• Performing training as needed to lower level Maintenance Techs on troubleshooting and repair techniques utilized with equipment.
• Performing specified preventative maintenance on production equipment to prevent equipment downtime.
• Monitoring equipment operations to ensure proper usage.
• Constructing and / or assembling new equipment.
• Troubleshooting equipment failures and repair as needed.
• Working from blueprints, manuals, sketches and verbal instructions.
• Helping repair on hydraulic, pneumatic and electromechanical systems.
• Performing other duties as assigned or necessary to meet business conditions or changes.
• Adhering to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards.
