Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive SAP Support Analyst with hands-on experience in SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling) and MM (Materials Management) modules. The role involves providing day-to-day support, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with business users, and working with technical teams to implement system improvements and enhancements on SAP and Dashboard Reporting.

Day-To-Day Activities

Provide support for financial accounting (FI) and controlling (CO) modules including GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting.

Support procurement processes, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoice verification.

Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

Act as a liaison between finance / procurement users and SAP technical teams.
