SENIOR MANAGER, M&E (PAVILION DAMANSARA HEIGHTS MALL)

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the overall operations of maintenance and engineering department in the shopping Mall.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance and repair of the shopping mall infrastructures including machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems.
• Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programmes.
• Ensure all building maintenance and equipment are in compliance to all statutory requirements.
• Plan and manage the budgetary estimation for building maintenance expenditure to determine future programmes.
• Coordinate the construction projects and administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services.
• Liaise with relevant government departments in relations to operations of the building.
