Our Client Engagement team serves as the strategic front line for our clients . They are partners who identify client needs and work to provide thoughtful solutions with measurable results. We don’t just strive to solve our client’s problems; we challenge ourselves to transform their entire category.

On any given day, you will

• Act as the primary point of contact, building and strengthening key client relationships through trusted partnership and exceptional delivery.
• Serve as the central hub for projects , guiding multidisciplinary teams and collaborating daily with strategy, creative, media, and tech to ensure work is on brief, on time, and on budget.
• Manage all project-level financials , including developing achievable budgets, authoring SOWs, and tracking project health to ensure financial success.
• Translate client objectives into clear, insightful creative briefs and contribute to the development of strategic marketing plans.
• Proactively identify opportunities for organic growth within your accounts and partner with senior leadership to develop and present new proposals.
• Maintain project momentum by managing tasks, tracking issues, and ensuring clear, consistent communication with both clients and internal teams.
• Guide and mentor Client Engagement Executives and Client Engagement Associates, fostering a culture of accountability and helping the team solve problems effectively .
